Lehtipiste had the honor of judging the “Single issue Magazine of the Year” category at the Editkilpailu -competition organized by Aikakausmedia. The competition annually recognizes the best professionals and executions in the magazine industry in editorial and marketing categories.

In collaboration with Lehtipiste, the “Single issue Magazine of the Year” award was given to a single issue that achieved commercial success. The selection of the winner also takes into account the visual appeal of the cover, the headline’s ability to engage the target audience, and the overall attractiveness of the publication.

The winner of the “Single issue Magazine of the Year” category was Apu 10/2022 for the following reasons: “A remarkably impactful execution in its simplicity. The timely cover stood out on the newsstand with its clarity and became a commercial success in its own right. All unnecessary elements were stripped from the cover, and the subtly marked price information did not diminish the power of the compelling image and touching quote.”
