Suomen Korttipiste Oy acquires Importante Oy's business operations – strengthening its position in toys and arts & crafts

Suomen Korttipiste Oy has acquired the business operations of Importante Oy. The acquisition strengthens Korttipiste's position as a retail partner and expands its product range, particularly in the toys and arts & crafts categories.

Importante Oy is a family-owned company founded in 1984, with over 40 years of experience as a toy importer and wholesaler in Finland. The company represents several well-known and respected brands in Finland, including the Finnish brand Emek and the Danish brand Hama, as well as a number of international toy brands.

Suomen Korttipiste's extensive sales and distribution network covers all of Finland. Going forward, Importante's products will be integrated into Korttipiste's offering alongside its other product categories. The acquisition is also an excellent complement to the Lehtipiste Group, which includes Lehtipiste's collectibles, PutinkiArt's arts and crafts products, and Suomen Korttipiste's wide range of greeting cards, gift wrapping, gifts, and stationery.
